Which platforms does Brika support?

Brika supports Instagram and TikTok. Instagram requires a Business or Creator account due to Meta's API restrictions. TikTok works for any public profile.

How do I track Instagram and TikTok creator growth?

Add creators to your watchlist. Brika takes follower, following, and post-count snapshots every 6 hours and displays growth charts so you can see trends over time. You can track up to 3 creators on the free plan and up to 150 on the Agency plan.

How often are creators updated?

How far back does the data go?

Why does Instagram only work with Business and Creator accounts?

Meta's Business Discovery API only returns data for public Business and Creator accounts. Personal accounts are not accessible via the API.

Do I need a TikTok account to track TikTok creators?

No. TikTok data is fetched via a third-party API. Just paste the username and Brika handles the rest.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Settings and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
